Spence is a remarkable school where ensuring a warm and welcoming community focused on excellence in teaching and learning is the collective work of nearly 225 faculty and staff members. 

The all-girls, Kindergarten to Grade 12 program stretches across three main buildings: 91st Street Campus serving Middle and Upper School students and administrative offices, 93rd Street Lower School, and 412 Athletics and Educational Building. In thoughtful and impactful ways, we balance developmentally attuned programs and facilities for three divisions with the all-important throughlines of being one school. 

We are a diverse community of learners who find joy in establishing deep connections to one another, and purpose in ensuring that the School’s mission is echoed in every dimension of our daily lives.
