Grade 5 Student’s Art Featured in Easterseals Seal Campaign

Artwork by Elle L. '31 will be featured on one of the stamps for the 2024 Easterseals Seal Campaign, an annual initiative that releases decorative stamps to raise money and create awareness of its programs. Elle’s purple watercolor lily will be among the stamps mailed to 20 million households across the country to raise nearly $13 million.

Elle shares that she entered the art contest because she is passionate about Easterseals, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing services that help children and adults with disabilities achieve independence. “You can’t always see disabilities or understand what each person living with a disability needs to be independent and successful,” Elle noted. “I think art can often be more powerful than words. I’m grateful for the opportunity to create art that will help raise awareness and money for such an important cause.”

Congratulations, Elle, on this meaningful accomplishment!
